[Flash gets a speeding tic]

A police patrol runs as fast as The Flash? that doesn't make sense. It was decently animated but the audio was poor and it wasn't very funny.

that's why i made sure that the police said the flash was going 100 miles/hour so it seems a little realistic, flash doesn't need to be going super fast all the time :p

No esta mal, pero creo que deberias añadirle subtitulos en ingles pues la gran mayoria de usuarios de Newgrounds hablan ese idioma.

This is so relatable, I've been in that exact same situation so many times. I liked the simple yet cool artwork and the voice acting and music selection were great.

Not bad. It was funny and the animation and the voice acting were ok. Improve on the backgrounds and make the animation more fluid. You have potential.

All right, making the animation more fluid I can do, but saying "improve on the backgrounds" doesn't help much. Improve how? The painted style doesn't look right? Not enough detail? Colors don't look right? I mean I can go at it blindly and see if it gets better, but I'll never know if it's improved because you didn't tell me how to improve :p
